Complicated science fiction!!!!!

This movie made me think right from the beginning.I read many reviews written for this movie by famous and experienced critics but all seem to tell the same thing that Richard Neville (Will Smith) is a scientist who tries to cure a deadly virus.When i started seeing the movie, i couldn't find any place where they say that he is trying to do so.Someone creates a cure for cancer and then it turns into a deadly virus.I cannot understand how it turns out to be so.There a lot many flaws in the movie and places where you can clearly understand that the movie isn't conveying.Maybe the director wants you to chat with him while watching the movie.
During the movie,Will Smith keeps getting flashes of the past where you can see the above scene.One thing i couldn't understand is that an airplane lashes over the sky bombing the bridge,but the thing is who pilots the plane and why do they have to bomb the bridge.Whoof..it is a very complicated movie.
I just cannot understand why the critics liked the movie so much, i mean there is nothing that great in the movie that is laudable except for the breathtaking sounds which shock you and also the wonderful graphics which is superb.The screenplay of the movie is good.Though,Will Smith is known for his acting,there wasn't any scope for him to show more of his talent.
Coming back to the story -
Samantha (Sam) is his only companion in this so called abandoned "New York City" but suddenly one day,some kind of aliens or humans affected by the virus attack Neville and Sam but unfortunately Sam gets infected and turns wild and Neville is persuaded to kill him.So Neville is angry and decides to kill the infected humans and goes on to do so,only to get caught.But then, a woman comes and saves him from those infected,saying that she'd heard Neville's appeal in the radio to help the human survivors.
The movie is total crap and unbelievable.There is no "IMPACT" on our brain after seeing this movie.One has to read the director's script or the so called wikipedia (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I_Am_Legend) in order to understand the movie.
People,you can watch the movie for Will Smith , for the music and for the graphics in some parts.Otherwise the movie is useless and only confuses your brain.
Verdict : A Sci-Fi which can only be understood by the geniuses.

According to me, the movie was amazing from start to finish..."I am Legend" is a booming success.
the movie has everything one wansts.but yes there arent tht many dialogues in the movoe but still wat more can u expect whe there r just 2 survivors...over all, i liked the movie very much..
instead of wasting 120Rs for a ticket to ATM, u can as well watch this movie instead...[;)]
